Do we see a potential match? Then we'll schedule a first digital interview with a member of our HR team.

During this conversation, we'll get to know you better, and you'll have the opportunity to learn more about benerail, our culture, and the role. We'll discuss your experience, motivation, and what you're looking for in the next step of your career.

In a second interview, you'll meet colleagues who are closely involved with the role.

Depending on the vacancy, this could be a Chapter Lead, Product Owner, Team Lead, or a future colleague. We'll take a deeper look into your experience, your way of working, and how you approach different situations.

This conversation is not just about your expertise. It's also your chance to discover whether the team and the way we collaborate are the right fit for you.

Still excited? Then we'll invite you to our office in Antwerp.

During this final interview, you'll usually meet a combination of a manager, HR Business Partner, and other stakeholders. Besides discussing the role, we'll explore the mutual fit, expectations, and employment conditions.

And honestly, it's also a great opportunity to experience the atmosphere at benerail firsthand.
